利用X射线衍射仪、DSC和扫描电子显微镜研究了纳米SiO_2不同含量的PET/SiO_2复合材料在恒温条件下的结晶度、熔化温度和晶体形貌.结果发现,SiO_2纳米粒子含量对复合材料的结晶速度有很大影响;球晶尺寸与SiO_2纳米粒子添加量密切相关. |

PET/SiO_2 nanocomposites have been synthesized by direct polymerizing PET Monomer dispersed with organic modified silica nanocomposites. Under different crystallized time and crystallized temperature, the morphology and crystallization behavior of poly (ethylene terephthalate)/silica nanocomposites was studied. The morphology of nanocomposites isothermally crystallized was observed by SEM, The perfection of crystallized nanocomposites was analyzed by XRD. Tt is found that the weight percent of SiO_2 affects nanocomposites crystallization, the crystallinity of PET increases along with crystallization time. The melting properties of PET/silica nanocomposites was learned by DSC. The size of spherulites changes along with the mass percent of silica increasing. |
