研究了700 ℃时Co-15Ce合金在H_2-CO_2、H_2-H_2S及H_2-H_2S-CO_2三种混合气氛中的腐蚀行为。Co-15Ce合金腐蚀后发生了Ce的内氧化或形成了复杂的腐蚀产物膜,而未出现Ce的选择性氧化或硫化,这主要是合金中存在着两相及Ce在Co中极低的溶解度所致。Co-15Ce合金在本实验条件下的氧化-硫化腐蚀速度低于相同温度、压力下的纯硫化。 |

The corrosion behavior of Co-15Ce alloy has been studied at 700 ℃ in H_2-CO_2, H_2-H_2S and H_2-H_2S-CO_2. Inner oxidation occurred on the Co-15Ce alloy corded in H_2-CO_2. The complex scales were formed during the corrosion of the alloy in H_2H_2S and H_2-H_2S-CO_2. No exclusive Ce scales could be founded in any case, this is because of the limited solubility of Ce in the base metal and the presence of intermetallic compounds in the alloy. The corrosion rate of the alloy at 700 ℃ in H_2-H_2S-CO_2 is lower than in H_2-H_2S. |
