透明隔与透明隔腔

随着产前超声诊断技术的进步,国内外学者们对胎儿颅脑的观察和研究越来越深入。产前超声检查中对胎儿透明隔腔(cavum septum pellucidum, CSP)的观察是目前非常重要和需要检查的结构,但是由于对透明隔(septum pellucidum,SP)及透明隔腔异常的鉴别诊断思路不了解,常常出现不规范的诊断,造成临床遗传咨询的困境。本文对透明隔及透明膈腔解剖学、胚胎发育学原理及透明隔与透明隔腔异常的鉴别诊断思路进行深入阐述,并结合现有文献总结透明隔异常的临床意义,供产前咨询参考。 |
