The Anti-Fatigue Effect of Nitraria tangutorum Bobr.Seed Oil from Qaidam Basin on the Mice

文摘 对柴达木盆地唐古特白刺种籽油的抗疲劳作用进行了研究。试验中将小鼠按体重随机分为对照组和白刺籽油高(10mL/kg·bw)、中(5mL/kg·bw)、低(2.5mL/kg·bw)剂量组。小鼠每天饲喂33~100mg/kg白刺籽油,连续给样28d,然后测定小鼠的负重游泳时间、爬杆时间和小鼠运动后血清尿素氮、肝糖原及乳酸的含量。结果显示小鼠的负重游泳时间和爬杆时间明显增加,运动后血清尿素氮和肝糖原含量比相同条件下的对照组小鼠高,并且血液中乳酸含量比相同条件下的对照小鼠明显降低。从而表明,白刺籽油具有明显的抗疲劳作用。

After every mice was feed 33 -100 mg/kg seed oil every day continuously for 28 days, the swimming, climbing time of the miee and the content of serum urea-nitrogen, hepatic glycogen and lactic acid were measured. The swimming time and the climbing time of the mice were higher obviously than that of the control group, and the contents of sertan urea-nitrogen and hepatic glycogen were higher also. The scrum lactic acid contents were lower signifieantly than that of the control group. The result indicated that the seed oil of Nitraria tangutorum Bobr. has significant anti-fatigue effect on the mice.
