目的分析网络及手机的使用对青少年睡眠质量的影响。方法采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表、流调中心抑郁量表、网络成瘾(PIU)诊断问卷、手机使用及依赖问卷,对4383名青少年进行测量,并分析其性别、年级、抑郁、网络及手机使用情况对青少年睡眠质量的影响。结果男生PSQI得分低于女生,差异有统计学意义(t=-4.34,P<0.01)。随着学业阶段的提高,青少年PSQI得分明显增高(F=179.61,P<0.01)。PSQI与年级、抑郁自评得分、网络成瘾诊断量表得分、手机依赖得分均呈正相关(r=0.310、0.517、0.195、0.304,P<0.01)。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,性别、年级、抑郁及手机依赖情况均为青少年睡眠质量的影响因素,且年级及手机依赖的交互作用对睡眠质量的影响具有统计学意义(Beta=-0.05,P<0.01)。结论男生及年级高者更易发生睡眠问题,对手机的依赖也会对青少年睡眠质量造成负面影响,值得关注。 |

Objective To study the impact of use of Internet and mobile phone on sleep quality in teenagers. Methods Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI),depression scale in epidemiological survey center (CESD-SC),diagnostic questionnaire for Internet addiction (PIU),questionnaire for use and reliance of mobile phone were employed to survey 4383 teenagers. The impact of sexuality, age, depression, internet use and mobile phone use on sleep quality in teenagers were then analyzed quantitatively. Results The boys obtained lower scores in PSQI than the girls do. The differences showed statistically significant (t=-4.34,P<0.01). Those surveys gained higher scores of PSQI in sleep quality following increasing of their academic stage(F= 179.61,P<0.01). PSQI was score positive correlation to academic stage, self-rating depression scale score,IAD diagnosis scale score and mobile phone dependence score (r=0.310, 0.517, 0.195,0.304,P<0.01).The result by Multiple Regression Analysis showed that sexuality,grade,depression and phone dependence are the main factors to influent the sleep quality in teenagers. Moreover,the co-effect of grade and mobile dependent on sleep quality showed statistically significant(Beta=-0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion Boys and high-grade students more easily suffer from sleep problems. The mobile dependence has a negative impact on sleep quality in teenagers. The results mentioned above should be concerned. |
