应用海藻酸钠作为表面活性层材料,以戊二醛为交联剂,以聚砜超滤膜为支撑层,制备了1种新型荷负电纳滤膜.研究了复合纳滤膜的制备影响因素及操作条件对膜性能的影响,结果表明当海藻酸钠的浓度为2.0%,戊二醛溶液的浓度为0.9%,30℃下交联4h条件下制备的复合膜的膜性能(截留率)最好.实验结果表明:对1000 mg. L_(-1)的 Na_2 SO_4, MgSO_4, NaCl和MgCl2盐溶液的截留率分别为87.2%,21.5%,32.0%,12.2%,通量依次为30.6,35.2,33.5, 22.4 L.h~(-1).M~(-2) |

A novel composite nanofiltration(NF)membrane was prepared by over-coating the polysulfone ultrafiltration(UF)membrane with alginate thin layer. The effects of the membrane preparation techniques and operating conditions on the rejection performance of the composite membranes were studied. The results suggested that composite membrane with excellent performances was prepared while the concentration of soclium alginate was 2.0%, the concentration of glutaraldehyde was 0.9%, and the cross-linking time was 4.0 h at 30℃. Characterization was suggested: The salt rejections to Na_2 S04, MgSO_4, NaCl and MgCl2(1 000 mg. L~(-1)were 87.2%,21.5%,32.0%,12.2%, respectively. And the permeation fluxes were 30.6,35.2,33.5 and 22,4 L.h~(-1)m~(-2), respectively |
