男性反社会型人格障碍服刑人员的心理推理能力及共情特点
Characteristics of theory of mind and empathy in male inmates with antisocial personality disorder

文摘 目的:探究反社会型人格障碍男性服刑人员心理推理能力及共情的特点。方法:采用人格障碍诊断问卷(PDQ-4+)从257名男性服刑人员中筛查出反社会型人格障碍者73人、无人格障碍者69人。将两组被试与43名健康个体进行小明心理推理能力任务(Yoni Task)及人际反应指标量表(IRI)得分的对比。结果:反社会型人格障碍组及无人格障碍组在两种水平(一阶水平、二阶水平)及两种条件(情感条件、认知条件)下的心理推理能力均低于健康对照组(均P<0.05)。反社会型人格障碍组的IRI个人痛苦、幻想得分高于无人格障碍组,而共情关注、观点采择得分低于无人格障碍组和健康对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:本研究提示,反社会型人格障碍男性服刑人员可能存在心理推理能力与共情能力的缺损。
其他语种文摘 Objective: To explore the characteristics of theory of mind (ToM) and empathy in male inmates with antisocial personality disorder (ASPD). Methods: Two hundred and fifty seven male inmates were screened and classified into the ASPD group (73 cases) and the group without personality disorder (69 cases) with the Personality Diagnostic Questionnaire-4+ (PDQ-4+).Comparisons in the performances of Yoni task and the scores of the Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI) among the above two groups with 43 normal participants were conducted. Results: The performances under two levels (first order and second order) and two conditions (affective ToM and cognitive ToM) of ToM were both lower in those with ASPD and those without personality disorder than in the normal controls (Ps <0.05).The IRI scores of personal distress and fantasy were higher in those with ASPD than in those without personality disorder,and the scores of empathy concern and perspective taking were lower in those with ASPD than in those without personality disorder and normal controls (Ps <0.05). Conclusion: It suggests that theory of mind and empathy may be impaired in male inmates with antisocial personality disorder.
