采用固相反应法,制备了氧离子导体La_2MoWO_9和混合导体La_0.6Sr_0.4Fe_0.8Co_0.2O_3,并分别作为基体材料,制成了极限电流型氧传感器.利用两端子法,对氧传感器在500 ℃时不同氧分压下(p_(O_2)为(0~2.12)×10~4 Pa)电流与电压的关系进行了测量.结果表明:用La_2MoWO_9作为氧传感器的固体电解质材料是可行的,即可以得到极限电流平台(p_(O_2)为1.70×10~4 Pa,I为1.5 mA),且极限电流与氧分压成线性关系. |

The oxygen ion conductor La_2MoWO_9 and mixed conductor La_0.6Sr_0.4Fe_0.8Co_0.2O_3 were prepared through solid phase reaction method. The limiting current type oxygen sensor was fabricated using them respectively as matrix materials. The relationship between the current and the voltage at different oxygen partial pressure (p_(O_2)=(0~2.12)×10~4Pa) was measured at 500 ℃ using the standard two-probe method. The results indicate: it is feasible that the oxygen ion conductor La_2MoWO_9 is used as solid electrolytes of the limiting current oxygen sensors, that is, the limiting current (p_(O_2)=1.70×10~4 Pa, I=1.5 mA) can be achieved, and the relationship between the limiting current and the oxygen partial pressure is linear. |
