汶川地震受灾人群中的灾难心理学研究进展

发生在2008年5月12日14:28分的里氏8.0级地震,震中四川省汶川县,是我国自1976年唐山大地震以来,震级最高、破坏强度最大、死亡人数最多、经济损失最严重的地震。在重大自然灾难之后,物质上的损失、身体上的伤痛会得到重建和恢复,但是灾难造成的心理压力会对灾难的经历者造成长远的影响。在汶川地震之后,我国首次大规模地展开灾难后的心理援助,灾难心理学在救援领域和心理学领域引起关注、并受到社会的重视。本研究通过对现有文献进行查阅,总结了我国汶川地震后灾难心理学的相关研究。英文文献在PubMed、Web of Science 、PsyCINFO进行检索,检索关键次为“ Wenchuan Earthquake" " mental health" “ Psychological reaction"“stress",中文文献在中国知网(中国学术期刊网络出版总库、中国重要会议论文全文数据库)进行检索,检索关键词“汶川地震” "512地震” "心理健康”"心理反应” "应激”。经筛检后,共检索到英文文献232篇、中文文献251篇。进一步对于文献梳理和分类,选取创伤后应激障碍、创伤后成长、灾难后群体反映、创伤后应激障碍治疗等方面进行了总结与分析。 |
