震后都江堰市高三学生的心理健康状况及抗逆力研究
The Mental Health and Resilience of Post-earthquake College Candidates in Dujiangyan City

本研究以卫生部发布的震后心理健康自评问卷(SRQ-20)和贝克抑郁症状量表第二版(BDI-Ⅱ)为工具,于震后早期对675名都江堰市高三学生进行问卷调查。结果表明,44.3%的学生存在精神失调问题,28.6%学生达到中度和重度抑郁水平。亲人遇难受伤对学生的心理健康有显著影响。结构方程分析表明,社会支持对精神失调和抑郁症状有显著的缓冲保护作用,积极应对在社会支持和精神失调、抑郁症状间起部分中介作用,而消极应对与低水平的心理健康有直接关联。本研究为灾后心理重建工作积累了一定的数据资料和理论依据。 |

After the hit of Wenchuan earthquake, the students who were about to take the national college entrance exam in Dujiangyan city were exposed to multiple stress context. In this paper, SRQ-20(Self Report Qestionaire-20) and BDI-Ⅱ(Beck Depression Inventory Two) are used to evaluate their mental health. 675 students completed our questionnaire three weeks after the disaster. The results indicate that 44.3% of the students suffer psychiatric disturbance, with 28.6% showing moderate or severe depression symptoms. Injury or death of their family members significantly affects the students' mental health. The SEM analysis shows that social support plays a protective and buffering role, and active response can partially mediate the relationship between social support and psychiatric disorder or depression symptoms, while passive response is directly related to low level mental health. The implication for the psychological reconstruction practice of quake-hit areas is discussed. |
