本文基于Nolen-Hoeksema的抑郁反应风格理论,从认知角度探讨青少年抑郁的成因。总结并梳理了国内外反应风格及其比例分数与青少年抑郁关系的实证研究、应激-认知易感模型的调节和中介作用研究,以及性别差异研究。现有研究显示:沉思与青少年抑郁呈正相关,可预测抑郁随时间的加剧,比率分数能更好地诠释三种反应风格间与抑郁的相关程度;应激-认知易感交互模型,即沉思对应激性生活事件和青少年抑郁的关系起调节作用,获得了较多的支持性证据,而介导作用的相关研究非常缺乏;沉思的性别差异较为一致,即女孩的沉思水平高于男孩,分散注意和解决问题的性别差异却不一致;反应风格与应激交互的性别差异,结论也不一致。最后,为未来的研究指出了几个方向。 |

The aim of this review is to explore the mechanisms of adolescent depression from a cognitive perspective,based on the response styles theory proposed by Nolen-Hoeksema. Three response styles were proposed by Nolen-Hoeksema: rumination、distraction and problem-solving, with the former a negative one, and the latter two positive ones. We summarized empirical researches on the relationship between three response styles and adolescent depression; the moderating and mediating effects of stress-cognitive vulnerability model; as well as gender differences. Existing evidence suggest that, rumination is positively related to adolescent depression, and predicts the increases of depressive symptoms over time, however, the evidence on the relationship between distraction, problem- solving and adolescent depression remains controversial. Stress-cognitive vulnerability model show that rumination modulates the relationship between stress and adolescent depression. Rumination levels in girls are higher than boys, the findings of gender differences in distraction and problem-solving were still inconsistent. |
