乳腺原发性血管肉瘤一例的临床分析并文献复习

血管肉瘤是一种血管内皮细胞分化的软组织恶性肿瘤,主要发生在肝脏、皮肤和浅表软组织等。乳腺血管肉瘤分为原发性和继发性,继发性血管肉瘤一般由乳腺癌保留乳房手术后的放射治疗引起,原发性血管肉瘤是首先发生于乳腺实质的血管肉瘤。乳腺原发性血管肉瘤罕见,好发于年轻女性,发病率约为所有乳腺恶性肿瘤的0.05%,预后比乳腺浸润性导管癌差,同时也是误诊率极高的乳腺肿瘤。笔者报道了1例初始诊断为良性病变的原发性乳腺血管肉瘤,总结了其临床病理特征、鉴别诊断及治疗方法,以期提高临床医师对本病的认识,减少误诊、误治。 |
