目的:探讨身体健康风险感知与心理健康风险感知在过度劳动与离职意向之间的中介作用以及健康意识的调节作用。方法:采用过度劳动评定量表、健康风险感知问卷、离职意向问卷和健康意识量表对584名在职员工进行问卷调查,共收回有效问卷517份。结果:(1)心理健康风险感知在过度劳动和离职意向之间的中介作用显著。(2)健康意识正向调节身体健康风险感知对离职意向的影响。结论:心理健康风险感知在过度劳动与离职意向之间起中介作用,健康意识调节了身体健康风险感知与离职意向的关系。 |

Objective: To explore the mediating effect of physical health risk perception and mental health risk perception on the relationship between overwork and turnover intention, and the moderating effect of health consciousness. Methods: A survey research method was used by using the Overwork assessment scale, Physical health risk perception and Mental health risk perception questionnaire, Turnover intention questionnaire and Health Consciousness scale. 584 employees were surveyed, while 517 valid questionnaires were taken back. Results: (1)Mental health risk perception had a significant mediating effect between overwork and turnover intention. (2)Health consciousness moderated the effects of physical health risk perception on turnover intention. Conclusion: Mental health risk perception plays a mediating role between overwork and turnover intention. Health consciousness regulates the influence of physical health risk perception on turnover intention. |
