分别采用酸处理、盐交换、热处理和有机化处理方式对临泽蛭石进行了改性,考察了不同处理方式对磷(PO_4-P)的吸附效果.在此基础上,选用960 ℃处理蛭石制备了磁性吸附剂,对比研究了吸附时间、PO_4-P浓度和pH对原蛭石、热处理蛭石和磁性蛭石吸附PO_4-P的影响.结果表明,960 ℃处理蛭石对PO_4-P的吸附量可达(6.4 mg P/g).处理蛭石提高了对PO_4-P的初始吸附速率,在很宽的pH范围内(4.0~8.0)具有高的吸附量,较低的pH有利于PO_4-P的脱附. |

Vermiculite was modified by means of acid activation,salt exchange,heat treatment and organification, and then used as the adsorbent to investigate its adsorption capacity for phosphate (PO_4-P) from the aqueous solution.According to above research,960 ℃ was selected to treat vermiculite and obtain a magnetic adsorbent,and a comparative study was carried out to evaluate the effects of contact time,PO_4-P concentration and pH values on PO_4-P adsorption.The results indicated that vermiculite treated at 960 ℃ has the highest adsorption capacity of 6.4 mg P/g for PO_4-P. By modification, vermiculite shows a faster adsorption rate and an improved adsorption capacity for PO_4-P within a wide pH range (4.0~8.0).(Lower) pH value is beneficial for the desorption of PO_4-P from the vermiculite. |
