高粱链格孢叶斑病病原鉴定
Identification of the pathogen causing leaf spot on sorghum

高粱是世界上重要的禾谷类作物之一,仅次于小麦、水稻、玉米和大麦,居第五位。高粱也是我国最早栽培的作物之一。在生产上,高粱病害是制约产量提高的重要因素。目前己报道的高粱病害有60余种,较普遍发生的有15种。2014年,在内蒙古民族大学农场发现一种新病害,在农场种植的13个高粱品种上均危害严重,发病率为100%。但目前,国内外鲜见对该病害的报道W,鉴于此,本文对该病原菌进行了形态鉴定,对其生物学特性进行了系统研究,并经柯赫氏法则对病菌的致病性进行了验证,分析了其rDNA-ITS和EF-1α基因序列特征,以明确高粱叶斑病的致病菌,为高粱叶斑病发病规律及防控措施的制定提供理论依据。 |

In August 2014,a disease that caused severe losses on sorghum plants in farmland of Inner-Mongolia University for the Nationalities at Tongliao, Inner-Mongolia, China was found. Different pathogenic strains were isolated from symptomatic sorghum leaf tissues. Morphology,biological characteristics, pathogenicity and ITS and EF-1a sequences of these pathogenic strains were analyzed. Based on the morphological features, pathogenicity,sequence similarity of ITS and EF-1a, these pathogenic strains were identified as Alternaria alternata. |
