Protective mechanism of social support on drug addiction relapse

药物成瘾者复吸率高对成瘾治疗和干预是巨大的挑战。社会支持作为一个重要的保护因素,不仅可以有效减少复吸发生的可能性,又可以降低高危因素对复吸的影响。本文从社会支持与复吸之间的关系以及调控方式两个方面进行综述,成瘾者感知到来自家庭、同伴、社会机构的积极社会支持可以有效抑制复吸,并且能帮助改善其面对人际压力的应对策略。提示完善成瘾者社会支持的架构对临床干预和治疗具有重要意义。 |

The high relapse rate poses great challenges to the treatment and intervention for people with drug use disorders. As an important protective factor,social support can effectively reduce the relapse possibility and decrease the negative impact of high - risk factors. This paper reviews the relationship between social support and relapse and its modulatory mechanism. The perception of positive social support from families,peers and social institutions in people with drug use disorders can effectively reduce the rate of relapse. It can also help to improve their coping strategies for interpersonal stress. In sum,to improve the structure of social support has a great significance for the clinical treatment and intervention for people with drug use disorders. |
