Design and realization of the PLC based protection system for resonant power supply

文摘 快循环同步加速器(Rapid Cycling Synchrotron, RCS)对谐振电源系统有严格的要求,本文介绍了一种以可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller, PLC)为核心的谐振网络保护系统的软件设计和实现,用于RCS电源系统负载网络。以PLC为核心,通过对相关数据的采集、调理、判断,实现对负载网络设备状态的实时监测,并及时、准确地将故障信息发送至相关电源。同时,通过对人机交互界面(Human Machine Interface, HMI)的开发,使系统具备状态显示、故障查询、系统复位等功能。针对系统要求,在保证系统可靠性的前提下,尽可能缩短保护系统响应时间。模拟测试结果表明,系统能够及时、准确处理故障状态,最大响应时间约16 ms,满足设计要求。
其他语种文摘 Background: It is the first time using the rapid cycling synchrotron(RCS) of 25 Hz as the main accelerator for the China spallation neutron source(CSNS), hence higher the performance of the power supply system for RCS, as well as the protection of the resonant network are requested. Purpose: This study aims to reflect the status of the resonant network of RCS timely and accurately. Methods: A programmable logic controller(PLC) is used as the kernel to handling the protection signals and a human machine interface(HMI) is implemented to display whole status of the resonant network. Finally, some simulation experiments are carried out to verify its performance and functionalities. Results: Simulation tests showed that the protection system can reflect the status of the resonant network timely and accurately. And the total responsive time is about 16 ms. Conclusion: The design of protection system for resonant power supply can satisfy the experimental requirements of RCS.
