教练员-运动员关系对训练比赛满意感的影响:领悟社会支持的中介作用
The Effect of Coach-Athlete Relationship on Training-Competition Satisfaction:The Mediating Role of Perceived Social Support

文摘 目的:探讨教练员-运动员关系、领悟社会支持与训练比赛满意感三者间的关系。方法:采用教练员-运动员关系、领域社会支持和训练比赛满意感量表,对373名大学生运动员进行测量。结果:(1)教练员-运动员关系和领悟社会支持、训练比赛满意感显著正相关,领悟社会支持与训练比赛满意感显著正相关。(2)教练员-运动员关系能够显著预测训练比赛满意感,领悟社会支持在教练员-运动员关系与训练比赛满意感之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的38.89%。结论:当教练员-运动员关系正向且积极时,体验到的领悟社会支持会增强并进而提高运动员的训练比赛满意感。
其他语种文摘 Objective:To investigate the relationship among coach-athlete relationship,training and competition satisfaction and social support.Methods:This study investigated 373 college student athletes by using Coach-athlete Relationship Scale (CARTQ),Training and Competition Satisfaction Questionnaire (PAQ),and Perceived Social Support Scale(SSQA).Results:(1)Coach-athlete relationship was positively correlated with training and competition satisfaction and perceived social support;The training and competition satisfaction and perceived social support had a significant positive correlation;(2)Perceived social support played a partial intermediary role between coach-athlete relationship and training and competition satisfaction.The mediating effect accounted for 38.89% of the total effect.Conclusion:Coach-athlete relationship had direct and positive effect on the training and competition satisfaction,and it also had indirect and positive effect on training and competition satisfaction through perceived social support.
