肿瘤位于靠近乳头乳晕区是保留乳房手术的相对禁忌证。西南医院乳腺甲状腺外科为1例肿瘤位于乳头乳晕区域的黏液癌患者进行了保留乳晕及利用乳晕再造乳头的保留乳房手术,现报告如下。 |
