文摘 用电化学方法研究了6种不同成分的大块非晶合金、与非晶成分相对应的两种晶态合金和纯Zr在0.1 mol/L Na_2SO_4溶液中的腐蚀行为,结果表明,6种非晶样品中,有4种具有高耐蚀性能,其中,成分为Zr_(65)Al_(7.5)Ni_(10)Cu_(17.5)的样品具有最低的i_(corr)值1.38 * 10~(-2) μA·cm~(-2)。两种具有相同成分的非晶与晶态合金相比,晶态合金具有更低的i_(corr)值。在9种实验样品中纯Zr具有最低的i_(corr)值7.10 * 10~(-3) μA·cm~(-2)。
其他语种文摘 The electrochemical corrosion behavior of six Zr-Al-Ni-Cu bulk metallic glasses and two crystal counterparts were studied by electrochemical method in 0.1 mol/L Na_2SO_4 solution. Pure Zr was also investigated for comparison. Results showed that the corrosion behavior was depended on the composition. Alloy Zr_(65)A_(17.5)Ni_(10)Cu_(17.5) had the smallest i_(corr) value 1.38 * 10~(-2) μA·cm~(-2) among the six amorphous samples. Crystal samples had small i_(corr) value than their corresponding amorphous samples. Among the nine samples studied, pure Zr had the smallest i_(corr) value 7.10 * 10~(-3) μA·cm~(-2).
