利用原子吸收光谱、电子衍射、电子显微镜等测试技术，对在不同含量的NaCl中性水溶液中H_(Sn)70-1B铜管的腐蚀行为进行研究。在中性NaCl溶液中H_(Sn)70-1B铜管的腐蚀行为主要受表面膜的形成过程和组成所控制，可分为2个阶段：氯离子含量在0 mol/L ～ 0.02 mol/L时，合金表面逐渐形成较完整的Cu_2O表面膜，保护性增强；氯离子含量在0.02 mol/L ～ 0.05 mol/L时，Cu_2O膜减薄而变得不完整，合金逐渐进入均匀腐蚀状态。 |

Corrosion behavior of H_(Sn)70-1B tube in neutral sodium chloride solution has been investigated by atomic absorption spectrophotometer and surface analysis techniques. The corrosion behavior of H_(Sn)70-1B in neutral sodium chloride solution is mainly controlled by forming process and composition of the film. When the content of chloride ions between 0 ～ 0.02 mol/L, the surface of H_(Sn)70-1B alloy forms gradually laminar film mainly composed of Cu_2O; an integral surface film enhances protection to the alloy and decreases average corrosion rate. When the content of chloride ions great than 0.02 mol/L, the laminar film is converted into particle-like film, corrosion rate increases, and alloy exhibits a general corrosion. |
