Synthesis of LiMn_2O_4 cathode materials for Li-ion batteries

文摘 采用简化的Pechini方法制备了锂离子蓄电池正极材料LiMn_2O_4尖晶石相,研究了其电化学性能。合成温度和煅烧时间是影响其电化学性能的关键因素。比较实验表明,采用Pechini方法和简化的Pechini方法,在相同温度和煅烧时间下,合成样品具有相同的化学万分、电化学性能。在800 ℃合成的样品比650 ℃和850 ℃温度下合成的样品性能优越。在800 ℃下煅烧12 h的样品比其他实验条件下样品比容量高,经3次循环后其放电容量约为130 mA/g。
其他语种文摘 The spinel LiMn_2O_4 was prepared as the cathode material for Li-ion battery by simplified Pecnini method, and the electrochemical properties of the material were determined. The results show that the synthesis temperature and the calcination time are the key factors that affect the electrochemical properties of spinel LiMn_2O_4. The comparison experiment shows that with the same temperature and calcination time, the chemical compositions and electrochemical properties of the sample synthesized by Pechini method are as same as those of the sample synthesized by simplified Pechini method. The sample synthesized at 800 ℃ has more superior properties compared with the samples synthesized at 650 ℃ and 850 ℃. The specific capacity of the sample synthesized by calcining at 800 ℃ for 12 h, which is about 130 mAh·g~(-1) after 3 cycles, is higher than those of the samples synthesized at other experimental conditions.
