用喷射成形技术在较低雾化压力下沉积了AlZn_(12)Mg_2Cu_2合金,对其组织结构用光学显微镜和透射电子显微镜进行了观察和分析,发现:在本喷射成形工艺条件下,可以形成高致密度具有等轴晶粒的均匀合金,晶粒尺寸在30~60μm范围内,在晶内和晶界处有MgZn_2相的析出;对制备的材料经挤压比为7.7:1条件下的热挤压和T6时效处理后进行了力学性能测定。结果显示屈服强度(σ_(US))为740MPa,抗拉强度(σ_(UTS))为754MPa,延伸率(δ)8.6%。 |

AlZn_(12)Mg_2Cu_2 alloy was prepared using the spray forming technique at a lower atomization pressure. The microstructures of the deposited material were examined and analyzed by optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. It has been found that high compacted equiaxed material with a grains size from 30 to 60 μm can be achieved. MgZn_2 phase precipitated in grains and at grain boundaries. After hot extrusion with a extrusion ratio 7.7 and T6 heat treatment, the mechanical properties have been determined. The results are σ_(US) = 740MPa, σ_(UTS) = 753MPa, δ = 8.6%. |
