Effects of Coated Sodium Butyrate on Performance and Intestinal Health of Laying Hens

文摘 本试验旨在研究包被丁酸钠( CSB)对蛋鸡生产性能以及肠道pH、消化酶活性和相关基因表达的影响。试验选用800只51周龄健康的罗曼粉蛋鸡,随机分为4个组,每组10个重复,每个重复20只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,3个试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加300、500和800 mg/kg CSB的饲粮。试验期12周。结果表明:1)饲粮中添加不同水平CSB可线性提高蛋鸡第5~8周、第9~12周和第1~12周的产蛋率以及第5~8周的平均日采食量( P<0.05),对蛋鸡平均蛋重无显著影响( P>0.05);与对照组相比,饲粮中添加800 mg/kg CSB可显著降低蛋鸡第9~12周和第1~12周的料蛋比( P<0.05);与300 mg/kg CSB添加组相比,饲粮中添加500和800 mg/kg CSB可显著提高蛋鸡第1~4周和第5~8周的合格蛋率( P<0.05) 。2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加800 mg/kg CSB可显著降低蛋鸡回肠pH( P < 0.05);饲粮中添加不同水平CSB可线性降低蛋鸡十二指肠和空肠pH( P<0.05) 。3)饲粮中添加不同水平CSB可线性提高蛋鸡十二指肠胰蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性( P < 0.05) 。4)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加500和800 mg/kg CSB可显著降低蛋鸡血清D-乳酸含量( P<0.05) 。5)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加不同水平CSB均可显著降低蛋鸡空肠黏膜白细胞介素-1β( IL-1β) mRNA相对表达量( P<0.05),显著提高空肠黏膜白细胞介素- 10 ( IL-10) mRNA相对表达量( P < 0.05);饲粮中添加300和500 mg/kg CSB可显著提高蛋鸡空肠黏膜黏蛋白2( MUC2) mRNA相对表达量( P<0.05);饲粮中添加不同水平CSB可线性降低蛋鸡回肠黏膜IL-1β mRNA相对表达量( P<0.05),线性提高蛋鸡空肠和回肠黏膜闭锁小带蛋白- 1 ( ZO-1)以及回肠黏膜MUC2 mRNA相对表达量( P < 0.05) 。由此可见,饲粮中添加500和800 mg/kg CSB对蛋鸡的生产性能和肠道健康有一定改善作用。
其他语种文摘 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of coated sodium butyrate (CSB) on performance, intestinal pH, digestive enzyme activities and related gene expression of laying hens. A total of 800 healthy Lohmann pink laying hens of 51-week-old were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 replicates per group and 20 hens per replicate. Hens in the control group were fed a basal diet, and those in 3 experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 300, 500 and 800 mg/kg CSB, respectively. The trial lasted for 12 weeks. The results showed as follows: 1) different dietary levels of CSB linearly increased the laying rate of laying hens in weeks 5 to 8, 9 to 12 and 1 to 12 as well as the average daily feed intake in weeks 5 to 8 (P<0.05), but had no significant effects on the average egg weight of laying hens (P >0.05). Compared with the control group, dietary 800 mg/kg CSB significantly decreased the feed to egg ratio of laying hens in weeks 9 to 12 and 1 to 12 (P<0.05). Compared with 300 mg/kg CSB supplemental group, dietary 500 and 800 mg/kg CSB significantly increased the qualified egg rate of laying hens in weeks 1 to 4 and 5 to 8 (P< 0.05). 2) Compared with the control group, dietary 800 mg/kg CSB significantly decreased ileum pH of laying hens (P<0.05); different dietary levels of CSB linearly decreased the pH in duodenum and jejunum of laying hens (P<0.05). 3) Different dietary levels of CSB linearly increased the activities of trypsin and amylase in duodenum of laying hens (P<0.05). 4) Compared with the control group, dietary 500 and 800 mg/kg CSB significantly decreased serum D-lactic acid content of laying hens (P < 0.05). 5) Compared with the control group, dietary CSB significantly decreased the mRNA relative expression level of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in jejunum mucosa of laying hens (P<0.05), and significantly increased the mRNA relative expression level of interleukin-10 (IL-10) in jejunum mucosa of laying hens (P<0.05); dietary 300 and 500 mg/kg CSB significantly increased the mRNA relative expression level of mucin 2 (MUC2) in jejunum mucosa of laying hens (P<0.05); different dietary levels of CSB linearly decreased the mRNA relative expression level of IL-1β in ileum mucosa of laying hens (P<0.05), and linearly increased the mRNA relative expression level of zonula occluden-1 (ZO-1) in jejunum and ileum mucosa and the mRNA relative expression level of MUC2 in ileum mucosa of laying hens (P<0.05). In conclusion, dietary 500 and 800 mg/kg CSB can improve the performance and intestinal health of laying hens.
