代谢组学在糖尿病神经病变研究中的应用和进展
Metabolomics in Diabetic Neuropathy

文摘 糖尿病神经病变是最常见的糖尿病并发症之一,利用代谢组学技术研究糖尿病神经病变,有助于理解神经系统在高血糖条件下的各种生理病理过程、整体代谢变化,阐释其发病机制,挖掘潜在的生物标志物,为临床诊疗提供更多科学依据。长期高血糖可以引起三羧酸循环异常、氨基酸代谢障碍、脂质代谢紊乱等多种代谢途径的异常,与周围神经、中枢神经系统损伤密切相关。本文针对近5年糖尿病神经病变的代谢组学研究进展进行综述。
其他语种文摘 Diabetic neuropathy is a common diabetic complication.The application of metabolomics in the research on diabetic neuropathy is beneficial for us to understand the pathophysiological processes and overall metabolic disturbance of the nervous system under the condition of hyperglycemia,decipher the pathogenesis of diabetic neuropathy,and mine the potential biomarkers for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Long-term hyperglycemia may lead to disorders in multiple pathways,such as tricarboxylic acid circle,amino acid metabolism,and lipid metabolism.These metabolic changes are closely associated with the injuries of the peripheral and central nervous system.In the paper,we reviewed the metabolomics-based studies about diabetic neuropathy in the last five years.
