维生素A和维生素K_3对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、肝脏指数和脂质代谢的影响
Effects of Vitamin A and Vitamin K_3 on Performance, Egg Quality, Liver Index and Lipid Metabolism of Laying Hens during Later Laying Period

本试验旨在研究维生素A和维生素K_3对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、肝脏指数和脂质代谢的影响。采用3×3因子设计,选取88周龄罗曼粉蛋鸡1 080羽,随机分成9个处理,每个处理8个重复,每个重复15只鸡。饲粮维生素A添加水平分别为0、7 000和14 000 IU / kg,维生素K_3添加水平分别为0、2.0和4.0 mg / kg。试验期为8周。结果表明:1)维生素A和维生素K_3对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能和鸡蛋品质无显著影响( P>0.05) 。2)与添加0 IU / kg维生素A相比,添加7 000和14 000 IU / kg维生素A显著提高了第4周血清高密度脂蛋白和极低密度脂蛋白含量( P<0.05),显著降低了第8周血清甘油三酯( TG)含量和肝脏指数( P<0.05);与添加0和2.0 mg / kg维生素K_3相比,添加4.0 mg / kg维生素K_3显著降低了第8周血清TG含量。3)与添加7 000 IU / kg维生素A相比,添加14 000 IU / kg维生素A显著降低了肝脏总胆固醇和TG含量( P<0.05) 。4)与添加0 IU / kg维生素A相比,添加14 000 IU / kg维生素A显著下调了肝脏过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ和脂肪酸合成酶mRNA相对表达量( P<0.05),显著上调了肝脏钠葡萄糖共转运载体1 mRNA相对表达量( P<0.05) 。5)维生素A和维生素K_3对血清TG含量和肝脏指数存在显著交互作用( P<0.05) 。综上所述,饲粮添加14 000 IU / kg维生素A和4.0 mg / kg维生素K_3可以改善产蛋后期蛋鸡的脂质代谢功能,降低肝脏指数,但不影响生产性能和蛋品质。 |

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of vitamin A and vitamin K_3 on performance, egg quality, liver index and lipid metabolism of laying hens during later laying period. In a 3×3 factorial arrangement, a total of 1 080 Roman laying hens (88-week-old) were allotted into 9 treatments with 3 replicates per treatment and 15 hens per replicate. Dietary vitamin A supplemental levels were 0, 7 000 and 14 000 IU / kg, respectively, and vitamin K_3 supplemental levels were 0, 2.0 and 4.0 mg / kg, respectively. The experiment lasted for 8 weeks. The results showed as follows: 1) Vitamin A and vitamin K_3 had no significant effects on performance and egg quality of laying hens during later laying period (P>0.05). 2) Compared with 0 IU / kg vitamin A supplementation, the 7 000 and 14 000 IU / kg vitamin A supplementation significantly increased the contents of high-density lipoprotein and very low-density lipoprotein in serum at week 4 (P <0.05), and significantly decreased the serum triglyceride (TG) content and liver index at week 8 (P<0.05).;compared with 0 and 2.0 mg / kg vitamin K_3 supplementation, the 4.0 mg / kg vitamin K_3 supplementation significantly decreased the serum TG content at week 8 (P<0.05). 3) Compared with 7 000 IU / kg vitamin A supplementation, the 14 000 IU / kg vitamin A supplementation significantly decreased the contents of total cholesterol and TG in liver (P<0.05). 4) Compared with 0 IU / kg vitamin A supplementation, the 14 000 IU / kg vitamin A supplementation significantly down-regulated the mRNA relative expression levels of peroxisome proliferator activated receptor γ and fatty acid synthetase in liver (P<0.05), and significantly up-regulated the liver sodium glucose cotransporter 1 mRNA relative expression level (P<0.05). 5) Vitamin A and vitamin K_3 had significant interaction on serum TG content and liver index (P<0.05). In conclusion, dietary supplementation of 14 000 IU / kg vitamin A and 4.0 mg / kg vitamin K_3 can improve the function of lipid metabolism of laying hens during later laying period, decrease the liver index, but it does not affect the performance and egg quality. |
