成人依恋在童年期虐待经历与亲子关系间的中介作用
Mediating effect of adult attachment on relationships between parental childhood abuse and parent-child relationship

文摘 目的考察成人依恋在童年期虐待经历和亲子关系中的中介作用。方法选取北京通州区3~6岁儿童的父亲或母亲共729名,采用童年期虐待量表(CTQ-SF)、亲密关系经历量表(ECR)、亲子关系量表(CPRS)分别测量父母童年期虐待经历、成人依恋、亲子关系。结果成人依恋、父母童年期虐待经历、亲子关系亲密性、亲子关系冲突性的得分分别为(105.81±24.14)分、(34.05±7.67)分、(41.99±4.43)分、(26.42±7.49)分。父母童年期虐待经历与亲子关系冲突性、成人依恋成正相关(r=0.36,0.377<0.01),父母童年期虐待经历与亲子关系亲密性成负相关(r= -0.31,P<0.01);成人依恋与亲子关系冲突性成正相关(r=0.41,P<0.01),与亲子关系亲密性成负相关(r=-0.24,P<0.01)。成人依恋在父亲童年期虐待经历与亲子关系之间起到中介的作用,效应值为34%,模型拟合指数为χ~2/df = 1.808, RMSEA = 0.048,CFI = 0.977,TLI = 0.954,GFI = 0.979,AGFI = 0.948。成人依恋在母亲童年期虐待经历与亲子关系之间起到中介的作用,效应值为46%。模型拟合指数为X~2/df= 1.739, RMSEA = 0.044, CFI = 0.980,TLI = 0.960,GFI = 0.982,AGFI = 0.960。结论父母童年期虐待经历可以通过成人依恋对亲子关系产生影响。
其他语种文摘 Objective To investigate the mediating effect of adult attachment on relationships between childhood abuse and parent-child relationship. Methods Totally 729 parents of 3-6 years old from Tongzhou of Beijing were selected. The Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ-SF), Experiences in Close Relationship inventory (ECR) and Parent-Child Relationship Scale (CPRS) were assessed to measure their childhood abuse, adult attachment and parent-child relationship. Results The scores of adult attachment, parental childhood abuse,closeness of parent-child relationship,conflict of parent-child relationship were (105.81±24.14),(34.05±7.67),(41.99±4.43) and (26.42±7.49). Parental childhood abuse was positively correlated to conflict of parent-child relationship and adult attachment(r= 0.36,0.37,P<0.01) and negatively correlated to closeness of parent-child relationship(r= -0.31,P<0.01). Furthermore, adult attachment was positively correlated to conflict of parent-child relationship (r=0.41,P<0.01) and negatively correlated to closeness of parent-child relationship(r= -0.24,P<0.01). Moreover, adult attachment mediated the relationship between father's childhood abuse and parent-child relationship,the mediating effect size was 34%,and the model fit indexes were χ~2/df = 1.808, RMSEA = 0.048,CFI = 0.977,TLI = 0.954, GFI = 0.979, AGFI = 0.948. Adult attachment mediated the relationship between mother's childhood abuse and parent-child relationship,the mediating effect was 46%,and the model fit indexes were χ~2/df = 1.739,RMSEA = 0.044, CFI = 0.980,TLI = 0.960,GFI = 0.982,AGFI = 0.960. Conclusion Parental childhood abuse affects parent-child relationship through adult attachment.
