基于过去十几年相关国际组织和主要海洋国家发布的研究计划、规划和战略研究报告,对国际上海洋科学技术未来10 ~ 20年的发展部署进行分析。根据报告发布的国家和机构组织重要性以及涉及的科学技术问题,选取10大具有重要影响的海洋科技发展报告进行解读,认为未来海洋科技发展将集中在海洋可持续发展研究、全球变化研究、海洋酸化研究、海洋塑料污染、海洋可再生能源、北极研究、深海大洋探测、技术装备研发等八大海洋科学领域或者问题。 |

Based on the marine strategic research reports from relevant major international organizations and countries over the past decade, this paper analyzes the development and deployment of marine science and technology in the following 10 to 20 years. According to the importance of the national and institutional organization of the report and the scientific and technological issues involved, 10 major ocean science and technology development reports with important influences areinterpreted. In the future, the Marine science and technology development will focus on the marine sustainable development research, global change,ocean acidification,marine plastic pollution,marine renewable energy,arctic research,deep ocean exploration, technology and equipment R&D and other eight major marine science fields or issues. |
