心理灵活性在大学生D型人格与病理性网络使用间的中介作用
Psychological flexibility as a mediator between type-D personality and pathological internet use in university students

目的检验心理灵活性在D型人格两个维度消极情感和社交抑制对病理性网络使用预测的中介效应。方法选取华中地区大学生共592名,施测青少年病理性互联网络使用量表(API-US)、D型人格问卷(DS14)、接纳与行动问卷第二版(AAQ-II)。结果病理性网络使用[(2.56± 0.61)分]与消极情感[(1.58±0.78)分]、社交抑制[(1.96±0.61)分]显著正相关(r=0.37,0.25),与心理灵活性[(4.69±1.15)分]显著负相关(r=-0.40),带有潜变量的路径分析表明心理灵活性在消极情感和社交抑制对病理性网络使用的预测中起显著中介作用,中介率分别为56%、62%。结论心理灵活性能显著预测大学生病理性网络使用,并能部分中介D型人格的效应,心理灵活性是病理性网络使用干预的可能着手点。 |

Objective To explore the mediating effect of psychological flexibility in the relationship between the two dimensions of type-D personality (negative affect and social inhibition) and pathological internet use.Methods 592 university students were sampled from central China district and were administered with Adolescent Pathological Internet Use Scale (APIUS),Type-D personality scale (DS14) and Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-Second Edition (AAQ-II). Results Pathological internet use (2.56 ±0.61) positively correlated with negative affect (1.58±0.78) and social inhibition (1.96±0.61)(r=0.37, 0.25) respectively,and negatively correlated with psychological flexibility (4.69±1.15) (r= -0.40).Path analysis with latent variables showed psychological flexibility partially but significantly mediated the predictive effect of negative affect and social inhibition on pathological internet use.The mediation rates were 56% for negative affect and 62% for social inhibition.Conclusion Psychological flexibility has significant incremental validity beyond two dimensions of type-D personality, and partially mediated the effect of negative affect and social inhibition on pathological internet use. These results suggest the intervention focus of PIU can be psychological flexibility. |
