厦门海域放流中华鲟的迁移和分布
Migrations and Distributions of Chinese Sturgeon Released in the Sea of Xiamen

文摘 2010~2013年,在厦门九龙江口共标志放流了258尾4~12龄中华鲟(全长142~210 cm), 其中13尾个体使用了弹出式卫星档案标志(MK 10-PAT). 放流后共收集到21尾个体误捕信息以及10尾卫星标志个体的迁移和分布位点信息, 结果显示, 中华鲟分布位点主要位于中国沿海大陆架水域, 集中分布位点为厦门至舟山群岛之间的近海区. 除3尾个体离岸距离为350, 41和29 km外, 其余个体与海岸线距离均在15 km范围内; 从分布纬度来看, 向南迁移的纬度范围为1.366°, 到达南海海域, 向北最远迁移的纬度范围为14.539°, 到达朝鲜东部海域, 纬度跨度为15.905°. 沿大陆架的直线迁移距离和速度分别为449/378 km(卫星标志/回捕个体, 范围 =11~2205/3~1488 km)和0.18/0.18 km/h(卫星标志/回捕个体, 范围=0.03~0.73/0.02~1.07 km/h), 卫星遥测中华鲟与回捕中华鲟的迁移速度和迁移距离均没有显著性差异. 1尾卫星标志中华鲟的详细迁移监测结果表明, 该尾鱼放流后134 d共完成了2205 km距离的迁移, 平均迁移速度为0.52 km/h(范围=0.23~7.53 km/h). 中华鲟的栖息水温和栖息水深分别为22.8℃(范围=17.2℃~29.5℃)和22.19 m(范围=11.25~32.25 m). 中华鲟的海区迁移和分布与水温、盐度、水深和饵料等环境因素有关. 研究结果有助于弄清中华鲟在海区的空间分布特征和迁移速度,为后期深入研究中华鲟在海区的生境选择特征提供有价值的数据, 也为该物种的海洋保护和管理提供理论依据.
其他语种文摘 In order to know the migrations and distributions of released Chinese sturgeon (Acipenser sinensis Gray, 1835) in the sea, a total of 258 fish (Age=4-12 years and TL=142-210 cm) were tagged and released in the Jiulongjiang estuary of Xiamen City during 2010-2012. Among these tagged fish, 13 individuals were implanted with the pop-up satellite archives tags (PAT) and the remaining were tagged using the decimal code wire tag (DCWT), passive integrated transponder tag (PIT) and Anchor tags. According to the data from a total of 21 recaptured fish and 10 satellite-tagged fish, we found that Chinese sturgeon mostly distributed in the shelf with the offshore range <15 km. Additionally we found that three fish were respectively at 350, 41 and 29 km. From the distributions of latitude, the sturgeon migrated southward as far as 1.366° to reach the South China Sea, while others migrated northward by 14.539° to reach the eastern sea of North Korea, with the total latitude range of 15.905°. Mean linear migration distance and speed along the continental shelf were 449/378 km (satellite-tagged/recaptured fish; range=11-2205/3-1488 km) and 0.18/0.18 km/h (satellite-tagged/recaptured fish; range=0.03-0.73/0.02-1.07 km/h). Additionally, the recaptured and satellite-tagged fish were mostly located in a cluster in the sea of Fujian and Zhejiang Province including Quanzhou, Fuzhou and Zhoushan Islands. The detailed monitoring data from one satellite-tagged fish showed that it migrated 2205 km during 134 days with the mean speed of 0.52 km/h (range=0.23-7.53 km/h). The mean temperature of fish inhabiting was 22.8°C (range=17.2°C-29.5°C) as well as the fish depth of 22.19 m (range=11.25-32.25 m). These results would not only help understand the migration traits and spatial distribution of Chinese sturgeon in the sea, but also provide reference data for a deep study of habitat choice and protection management within the sea.
