青少年自我控制双系统与网络成瘾的关系研究
Relationship Between the Due Self-control System and Internet Addiction Among Adolescents

目的分析青少年自我控制双系统与网络成瘾的关系。方法2012年采用分层整群抽样设计,在宁夏、山西、四川、福建4省(自治区)的20所学校,分别以10个年级分层(小学四年级、五年级、六年级;初中一年级、二年级;高中一年级、二年级;大学一年级、二年级、三年级),每个年级抽取4个班的学生作为调查对象,共发放2 910份调查问卷,回收有效问卷2 361份,有效回收率为81.1%。使用网络成瘾量表分析网络成瘾情况,使用自我控制双系统量表中文版(DMSC-S)分析控制系统、冲动系统情况。采用Pearson相关分析及多层次回归分析分析青少年自我控制双系统与网络成瘾的关系。结果调查对象平均年龄为(16.1 ±4.0)岁,性别赋值情况为男= 1、女= 2,网络成瘾得分为(32.9 ±12.6)分、控制系统得分为(31.6 ±4.8)分、冲动系统得分为(30.6 ±7.3)分。年龄与网络成瘾呈正相关(r = 0.100,P <0.05);性别与网络成瘾呈负相关(r =-0.179,P <0.05);控制系统与网络成瘾呈负相关(r =-0.193,P <0.05);冲动系统与网络成瘾呈正相关(r = 0.378,P <0.05)。以网络成瘾为因变量,第一步以年龄和性别(男= 1、女= 2)为自变量做回归分析;第二步以年龄和性别为控制变量,控制系统得分和冲动系统得分为自变量做回归分析;第三步在上述几个变量的基础上再增加一个交互项(控制系统得分与冲动系统得分乘积)为自变量做回归分析。多层次回归分析结果显示,年龄、性别、控制系统得分、冲动系统得分与网络成瘾均具有回归关系(P <0.05),控制系统得分与冲动系统得分乘积与网络成瘾无回归关系(P >0.05)。结论青少年自我控制水平越低,网络成瘾倾向越高;冲动性越高,网络成瘾倾向越高。且青少年冲动行为对网络成瘾的影响更大。 |

Objective To examine the relationship between the due self-control system and internet addiction among adolescents. Methods In 2012,this study used stratified cluster sampling design with 10 grades as the stratification scales (Grade Four,Five and Six of primary school; Grade One and Two of middle school; Grade One and Two of high school; freshman,sophomore and junior of university). Four whole classes were sampled from each grade to make up the final samples. The investigation was carried out in 20 schools in Ningxia, Shanxi, Sichuan and Fujian provinces, and 2 910 questionnaires were distributed,2 361 of which were valid,accounting for an effective rate of 81.1%. The internet addiction scale was adopted to analyze the condition of internet addiction,and the Chinese version of dual self-control system scale (DMSC-S) was used to analyze control system and impulsive system. Pearson relevance analysis and multi-level regression analysis were performed to investigate the relation between the due self-control system and internet addiction. Results The average age of the subjects was (16.1 ± 4.0), and the value assignment was 1 for male and 2 for female; the scores of internet addition,control system and impulsive system were (32.9 ± 12.6), (31.6 ± 4.8) and (30.6 ± 7.3) respectively. There was a positive correlation between age and internet addition (r = 0.100,P < 0.05); there was a negative correlation between gender and internet addiction (r =-0.179,P < 0.05); there was a negative correlation between control system and internet addicton (r =-0.193,P < 0.05); there was a positive correlation between impulsive system and internet addiction (r = 0.378,P < 0.05). With internet addition as a dependent variable,age and gender (male = 1,female = 2) were taken as independent variables to conduct regression analysis in the first step; age and gender were taken as control variables and control system score and impulsive system score as independent variables to conduct regression analysis in the second step; in the third step,besides the above mentioned variables,an interaction item (the product of control system score and impulsive system score) was added as an independent variable to conduct regression analysis. The results of multi-level regression analysis showed that regression relation existed among age,gender,control system,impulsive system and internet addiction (P < 0.05), while no regression relation existed between the product of control system score and impulsive system score and internet addiction (P > 0.05). Conclusion Lower level of self-control is associated with higher risk for internet addiction among adolescents and higher impulsive level leads to higher risk for internet addiction,and the influence of impulsive level is greater. |
