碳钢、耐候钢在3种典型大气环境中的2腐蚀规律研究

文摘 针对热带雨林大气,海洋大气和工业大气3种环境开展碳钢和耐候钢的大气腐蚀规律研究。结果表明,2碳钢和耐候钢在同一地区的动力学规律和产物以及产物间转化规律基本相似,但在不同地区的腐蚀机理差别2很大,碳钢在海洋大气的腐蚀速率极高,该地区碳钢年腐蚀速率分别是工业大气的8.6倍,是热带雨林大气的29.4倍,导致这种差异的原因在于不同地区大气腐蚀特征因子不同。

Results show that the carbon steels and the weathering steel exhibited more or less the same corrosion kinetics, the formation of rusts and their evolution for exposure in one test site. But they were significant different from those for exposure in other test sites. Finally, the influence factors on corrosion process and the corrosivity of the three atmospheres were also discussed.
