目的: 探讨青年人婚姻满意度与品格优势的关系。方法: 通过网上问卷调查的方式选取已婚者进行调查,获有效问卷307份(年龄21 ~ 44岁,婚龄0 ~ 20年)。使用Olson婚姻质量问卷(ENRICH,包含婚姻满意度和个体因素、婚际因素、外界因素3个婚姻因素)和品格优势量表(VIA-IS,分为24项品格优势,按自我- 他人和感性- 理性两个标准获得感性- 自我聚焦、感性- 他人聚焦、理性- 自我聚焦、理性- 他人聚焦4个高阶品格优势要素)进行测量。结果: 婚姻满意度因子得分与24项品格优势及4个高阶品格优势要素得分均呈正相关(r = 0.17 ~ 0.53,均P < 0.01)。4个高阶品格优势要素通过ENRICH的3个婚姻因素的完全中介作用,对婚姻满意度因子起正向作用。结论: 本研究提示,青年人的婚姻满意度与品格优势的关系密切,品格优势通过3个婚姻因素对婚姻满意度起作用。 |

Objective: To explore the relationship between marital satisfaction and character strengths in young people. Methods: An online survey was delivered to 307 married people (aged 21 - 44 with years of marriage 0 - 20). Marital satisfaction was measured with the Evaluating and Nurturing Relationship Issues,Communication, and Happiness (ENRICH,including intrapersonal,interpersonal,and external factors and marital satisfaction). Character strengths were measured with Values in Action Inventory of Strengths (VIA-IS, total 24 character strengths were classified into 4 high level character strength factors including heart-focus on self,heart-focus on others, mind-focus on self,mind-focus on others). Results: All 24 character strengths scores and 4 high level character strength factors scores were positively correlated with marital satisfaction score (r = 0.17 - 0.53,Ps < 0.01). Four high level character strength factors positively affected marital satisfaction through the mediation of 3 marital factors. Conclusion: The results indicate that the young people' s marital satisfaction is closely related to their character strengths,and character strengths affect marital satisfaction through 3 marital factors. |
