大学生心理灵活性与心理健康相关研究

目的运用SCL-90中的不同维度作为心理痛苦的综合指标来考察它们与AAQ-II或CFQ的相关性,考察AAQ-II或CFQ对SCL-90总均分预测作用的性别差异。方法采用心理灵活性模型相关问卷,包含认知融合问卷(CFQ)、接纳与行动问卷第二版(AAQ-Ⅱ);以及症状自测量表(SCL-90)、简明大五人格问卷(Mini-IPIP)。施测对象为北京市某高校一年级新生,回收有效问卷789份。结果心理灵活性各量表与SCL-90各因子均有很高的相关性(P< 0.001), AAQ-II和CFQ-F之间高水平相关,并且偏相关显著(r = 0.597,P<0.001),CFQ-F和性别的交互作用边缘显著,AAQ-II和性别的交互作用虽然同样达到中等效应值,但其结果无统计学意义。结论心理灵活性与心理痛苦相关,以及经验性回避和认知融合之间高度相关。然而它们的心理结构并非完全相同,女性的心理痛苦相比男性受到更多认知融合的影响。 |
