乡村医生心理资本、组织认同、工作绩效和主观幸福感的关系
A Study on the Relationship of Psychological Capital, Organizational Identity, Job Performance and Subjective Well-being in Rural Doctor

目的:考察乡村医生心理资本、组织认同、工作绩效和主观幸福感的关系。方法:采用心理资本、组织认同、工作绩效和主观幸福感量表对1466名乡村医生施测,进行相关分析和构建结构方程模型。结果:①与男乡村医生相比,女性的主观幸福感得分更高(t=2.48, P<0.05);与大学本科及以上学历层次的乡村医生相比,学历在专科及以下的乡村医生主观幸福感得分更高(t=-3.58,P<0.001),工作绩效的关系绩效维度得分更高(t=-2.09,P<0.05);②结构方程模型检验显示,心理资本、组织认同显著正向预测主观幸福感,其交互作用显著,工作绩效在心理资本与主观幸福感之间、组织认同与主观幸福感之间起到部分中介效应。结论:乡村医生的心理资本、组织认同、工作绩效是主观幸福感的保护性因素。 |

Objective: To investigate the relationship among psychological capital, organizational identification, job performance and subjective well-being in the rural doctors. Methods: 1466 rural doctors were tested by the Psychological Capital Questionnaires, Organizational Identification Questionnaire, Job Performance Questionnaires and General well-being schedule. Results:①Subjective well-being score in females was significantly higher(t=2.48, P<0.05) than males. The subjective well-being and relationship performance scores differed significantly in terms of education level(t=-3.58, P< 0.001).②The results of Structural equation model test showed that, psychological capital, and organizational identity and their interaction predicted subjective well-being significantly, and job performance played a partial mediator between psychological capital and subjective well-being. Conclusion: The psychological capital, organizational identification, and job performance may be the protective factors of subjective well-being for rural doctors in China. |
