家庭社会经济地位、职业价值观对医学生主观幸福感的影响

目的:探讨家庭社会经济地位、职业价值观对医学生主观幸福感的独特效应,以及家庭社会经济地位与职业价值观对医学主观幸福感的交互效应。方法:采用家庭社会经济地位问卷、职业价值观问卷和主观幸福感量表对4054名医学生实施团体施测。结果:①女生在目的性职业价值观的家庭维护、成就实现维度得分显著高于男生(P<0.001),在地位追求、社会促进维度的得分显著低于男生(P<0.001);在手段性职业价值观的兴趣性格、规范道德、职业前景、福利待遇维度得分显著高于男生(P<0.01或P<0.001),在薪酬声望维度得分显著低于男生(P<0.001)。②家庭社会经济地位、成就实现、社会促进、兴趣性格、地位追求、轻松稳定、薪酬声望、福利待遇对医学生的主观幸福感有独特效应;家庭社会经济地位与地位追求、社会促进、轻松稳定、兴趣性格、薪酬声望、职业前景、福利待遇对医学生主观幸福感有交互效应。结论:家庭社会经济地位和职业价值观的多个维度对医学生的主观幸福感既有独特效应,也有交互效应。 |

Objective: To explore the unique effects as well as the interaction effects of family socio-economic status and professional value on medical students’subjective well-being. Methods: A total of 4054 medical students were investigated in the form of group test with family socio-economic status questionnaire, professional value questionnaire and subjective well-being questionnaire. Results: ①The dimension scores of female medical students in family maintenance of intentional professional value and achievement implementation were significantly higher than those of male medical students (P<0.001); the dimension scores of female medical students in status pursuit and the promotion of society were significantly lower than those of male medical students(P<0.001); the dimension scores of female medical students in the interest, character, moral standard, occupational prospects and welfare treatment of instrumental profession value were significantly higher than those of male medical students(P<0.01 or P<0.001); the dimension scores of female medical students in salary and occupational prestige were significantly lower than those of male medical students(P<0.001). ②There were some unique effects as well as interaction effects of family socio-economic status,status pursuit and the promotion of society, interest and character, moral standard, occupational prospects and welfare treatment on medical students ’subjective well-being. Conclusion: There are some unique effects as well as interaction effects of several dimensions for family socio-economic status and professional value on medical students’subjective well-being. |
