通过采用正相硅胶色谱,葡聚糖凝胶 LH-20,Rp-C_(18)色谱,制备薄层色谱和半制备 HPLC 等多种分离方法,运用波谱方法对所分离的化合物进行鉴定,从中缅八角 Illicium burmanicum 中分离得到14个化合物;经波谱解析鉴定为7 S,8 R-赤式-4,7,9,9'-四羟基-3,3'-二甲氧基-8-O-4'-新木脂素(1),7 R,8 R-苏式-4,7,9,9'-四羟基-3,3'-二甲氧基-8-O-4'-新木脂素(2),polystachyol(3),(-)-马尾松树脂醇(4),angustanoic acid F(5),反式水合蒎醇(6),(3 S,6 R)-6,7-二羟基-6,7-二氢芳樟醇(7),(3 S,6 S)-6,7-二羟基-6,7-二氢芳樟醇(8),2,6-二甲氧基-4-烯丙基苯酚(9),3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛(10),3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛(11),香草酸甲酯(12),莽草酸乙酯(13)和 β-谷甾醇(14)。除化合物14外,以上所有化合物均为首次从中缅八角中分离得到。 |

Chemical constituents of ethyl acetate extract of Illicium burmanicum were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods,including Silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,C_(18) reverse-phased silica gel,Preparative TLC and Preparative HPLC. Their structures were identified by spectral analysis including NMR and MS data. Fourteen compounds were separated from I. burmanicum and their structures were identified as 7 S,8 R-erythro-4,7,9,9'-tetrahydroxy-3,3'-dimethoxy-8-O-4'-neolignan(1),7 R,8 R-threo-4,7,9,9'-tetrahydroxy-3,3'-dimethoxy-8-O-4'-neolignan(2),polystachyol(3),(-)-massoniresinol(4),angustanoic acid F(5),trans-sobrerol(6),(3 S,6 R) -6,7-dihydroxy-6,7-dihydrolinalool(7),(3 S,6S) -6,7-dihydroxy-6,7-dihydrolinalool(8),2,6-dimethoxy-4-allylphenol(9),3,5-dihydroxy-4-hydroxy benzaldehyde (10),3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzaldehyde (11),methyl vanillate (12),shikimic acid ethylester (13) and β-sitosrerol(14). Except compound 14,the rest thirteen compounds were separated from this plant for the first time. |
