季铵盐有机化改性伊蒙混层黏土的悬浮性能
Suspension Properties of Organified Illite / Smectite Mixed-layer Clay with Quaternary Ammonium Salt

文摘 利用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)和十八烷基三甲基溴化铵(STAB)对伊蒙混层黏土进行改性,考察了改性前后在水、甲醇和乙醇中的悬浮性能。红外光谱(FTIR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TGA)和Zeta电位分析以及悬浮性能测试结果表明,有机化改性有利于伊蒙混层黏土在有机相中分散,提高其悬浮稳定性。CTAB或STAB的加入量为0.25CEC时,伊蒙混层黏土在甲醇和乙醇中表现出较优的悬浮稳定性,且经STAB改性的伊蒙混层黏土在有机相中的悬浮稳定性更优。
其他语种文摘 Illite / smectite mixed-layer clay (I/S) was treated with cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) and stearyl trimethyl ammoium bromide (STAB),the suspension stability of I/S and organo-I/S were investigated in water,methanol and ethanol. The results from the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR),X-ray diffraction (XRD),Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and Zeta potentials as well as the measurements of suspension properties indicate that organification is beneficial to improve its dispersion and suspension properties of I/S in the organic phase. When the addition of CTAB and STAB is 0. 25 CEC,organic I/S exhibites better suspension stability,and STAB modified I/S shows the best suspension stability in the organic phase.
