目的:探讨夫妻主观幸福感与人格特质的关系。方法:在北京和河北选取正常婚姻状态的家庭夫妻184对(368人),使用积极情感消极情感体验量表(PANAS)和生活满意度量表(SWLS)测量主观幸福感,使用简版大五人格量表(M ini-IPIP Scales)调查人格特质。结果:丈夫与妻子的主观幸福感得分呈正相关(r=0. 49,P < 0. 01);夫妻主观幸福感得分与各自的外倾性、宜人性、尽责性和开放性得分正相关(r=0. 30 ~ 0. 47,均 P < 0. 01),与神经质得分负相关(r = -0. 32、- 0. 43,P < 0. 01)。丈夫的主观幸福感得分与妻子的外倾性得分正相关(r=0. 18,P < 0. 05),妻子的主观幸福感得分与丈夫的尽责性、开放性得分正相关(r=0. 19、0. 20,P < 0. 01)。回归分析显示,人格特质的外倾性和尽责性得分对主观幸福感得分有正向预测作用(β=0. 36、0. 26、0. 17、0. 29,P < 0. 01或0. 05),神经质得分对主观幸福感得分有负向预测作用(β = -0. 22、- 0. 31,P <0. 01)。结论:本研究提示,夫妻人格特质对个体主观幸福感有重要预测作用,对配偶主观幸福感有部分预测作用。 |

Objective: To study the relationship between the couples' subjective well-being and their personality. Methods: Totally 184 couples from normal marital status families were selected. They were assessed with the Positive Affect and Negative Affect Scale (PANAS) and Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) for investigating the subjective well-being and with the Mini-IPIP Scales (Chinese edition) for investigating their personality. Results:Husbands' scores of subjective well-being were positively correlated with that of wives (r = 0. 49,P < 0. 01). The couples' scores of subjective well-being were positively correlated with their own scores of extraversion,agreeable-ness,conscientiousness and openness (r = 0. 30 - 0. 47,Ps < 0. 01),and negatively correlated with the neuroticism scores (r = -0. 32,- 0. 43; Ps < 0. 01). Husbands' scores of subjective well-being were positively correlated with wives' extraversion scores (r = 0. 18,Ps < 0. 05). Wives' scores of subjective well-being were positively correlated with husbands' scores of conscientiousness and openness (r=0. 19,0. 20; Ps < 0. 01). The results of regression analysis showed that the scores of subjective well-being were positively predicted by scores of extraversion and conscientiousness personality (β=0. 36,0. 26,0. 17,0. 29; Ps < 0. 05) and negatively predicted by neuroticism scores (β= - 0. 22,- 0. 31; Ps < 0. 01). Conclusion: This study suggests that the couples' personality are important predictors of their own subjective well-being and could predict spouses' subjective well-being partly. |
