选取漳州沉积型铁染高岭土为研究对象,利用新型液氦零挥发超导磁分离实验设备对土样进行了除铁增白实验,高岭土样品经5.5 T 强磁处理后,铁含量由1.26% 下降至0.56%,白度由53% 提高到66%。利用漂白粉对上述高岭土样品进行化学漂白处理后,铁含量降至0.55%~0.77%,白度提高到65%~69%。针对本研究铁染高岭土样品,现有国产化工业级超导磁分离设备年处理量可达6.5万吨土(干重)。假设设备投资以3年为折旧期,超导磁分离工艺的吨土处理成本小于85元/吨,而化学漂白法仅药剂成本即可高于80元/ 吨。超导磁分离工艺可与化学漂白法达到类似的处理效果,但是其在环境友好、保存高岭土特性、处理成本、自动化程度等方面均具一定优势。 |

Research on superconducting magnetic separation in treating iron-stained sedimentary kaolin from Zhangzhou, Fujian. The 5.5 T magnetic field was provided by the zero liquid helium volatilizing superconducting magnets. The content of iron oxide decreased from 1.26% to 0.56% after the superconducting magnetic treatment, while the brightness was increased from 53% to 66%. Chemical bleaching was successfully in treating the samples to 0.55%~0.77% iron oxide contents and 65%~69% brightness. The annual processing capacity of superconducting magnetic separation technology could be 65 thousand tons. The cost of kaolin treatment by superconducting magnetic separation was estimated lower than 85 yuan per ton. However, the costs of leaching agents in chemical treatment could higher than 80 yuan per ton. Superconducting magnetic separation technology was environmental friendly, cost saving and automatically compared to chemical treatment. |
