鳜对猎物种类选择性的初步研究
A preliminary study on prey type selection in Siniperca chuatsi

文摘 基于捕食行为的录像资料,研究了鳜(Siniperca chuatsi)对似鱎(Toxabramis swinhonis) 、鲮(Cirrhinus molitorella) 、高体鳑鲏(Rhodeus ocellatu) 、麦穗鱼(Pseudorasbora parva) 、子陵吻虎鱼(Rhinogobius giurinus)及日本沼(Macrobrachium nipponense)的捕食选择性。在三种猎物试验中,鳜喜欢捕食高体鳑鲏和似鱎,很少捕食子陵吻虎鱼; 低密度的隐蔽物没有显著影响鳜对三种猎物的选择性格局,但是,高密度的隐蔽物显著增加了鳜对高体鳑鲏的攻击和捕食频率,相应地减少了对似鱎和子陵吻虎鱼的攻击,这种影响可能与猎物的生境选择和反捕食策略有关。在两种猎物试验中,鳜对麦穗鱼的攻击频数显著高于高体鳑鲏的,但是两者捕获频数没有显著的差异; 鳜对子陵吻虎鱼和日本沼的捕食没有选择性。在单一猎物试验中,确定了5种猎物的捕获成功率和操纵时间,继而估算了它们的收益率,从高到低的排序依次为: 鲮、高体鳑鲏、麦穗鱼、子陵吻虎鱼、日本沼。本研究结果表明,鳜对这些猎物的选择与猎物形态、活动水平及生境结构有关。

In the three-prey experiment,S. chuatsi preferred to prey on R. ocellatu and T. swinhonis while seldom foraged on R. giurinus. Low-density refuges simulated by plastic grass didn’t have a significant effect on the pattern of selection for three preys by mandarin fish. However,high density refuges significantly increased both attack and capture rates on R. ocellatu,thereby,reduced attack rates on T. swinhonis and R. giurinus. Such impacts may be related to the anti-predatory behaviour and habitat selection of three preys. In the two-prey experiment,mandarin fish took more attacks to P. parva than R. ocellatu,but there was no significant difference in capture frequency for the two preys. Mandarin fish showed no significant selectivity for R. giurinus and M. nipponense. In 5 single-prey experiments,we determined the capture rate and handling time of five preys,then calculated their profitability for mandarin fish. In terms of profitability,the five preys were ranked in descending order as C. mrigola,R. ocellatu,P. parva,R. giurinus and M. nipponense. The results of this study suggest that the prey-type selection in mandarin fish is related to prey morphology, prey activity and habitat structure.
