自我与幸福感:关系和谐、自尊的中介作用

目的:探讨在个体水平上自尊与关系和谐对自我与幸福感关系的作用机制。方法:采用Singelis自我构念量表、Rosenberg自尊量表、心理和谐量表之关系和谐分量表,以及生活满意度量表,对353名大学生及180名非大学生成人进行测量。结果:大学生样本中,依存自我经由关系和谐中介作用于幸福感,独立自我直接作用于幸福感;非大学生成人样本中,依存自我分别经由关系和谐和自尊的中介作用于幸福感,独立自我既可直接作用于幸福感,又经过自尊的部分中介作用于幸福感。结论:依存自我稳定地通过关系和谐的中介来影响幸福感,独立自我对幸福感有直接作用。 |

Objective: To explore the mechanism of self-esteem and relational harmony mediate the relationship between self and subjective well-being(SWB). Methods: 353 college students and 180 on-the-job persons completed Singelis’ Self-construal Scale (SCS) and Rosenberg’s Self-esteem Scale and the Psychological Harmony Scale and Diener’s Satisfaction with Life Scale. Results: In the college students’ sample, relational harmony mediated the relationship between interdependent-self and SWB; Independent-self predicted SWB directly. In the non-student adults’ sample, relational harmony and self-esteem mediated the relationship between interdependent-self and SWB; Independent-self predicted SWB directly and also indirectly by the mediation of self-esteem. Conclusion: In the context of Chinese culture, interdependent-self predicts subjective well-being by the mediation of relational harmony while independent-self directly influences subjective well-being. |
