人格特征、一般自我效能感对大学生主观幸福感的影响

目的:揭示人格特征、一般自我效能感如何影响主观幸福感。方法:采用问卷调查法收集1896名大学生主观幸福感、一般自我效能感以及人格特质的数据资料,应用回归分析的方法探索其内在逻辑关系。结果:人格特征的精神质、神经质、内外倾对主观幸福感既有直接影响(效应系数分别为-0.103、-0.355和0.199),也通过一般自我效能感产生间接影响(效应系数分别为-0.074、-0.327和0.124)。结论:人格特征是影响主观幸福感的因素,具有直接作用和间接作用两个方面;一般自我效能感在人格特质和主观幸福感之间起部分中介作用。 |

Objective: To explore how personality and general self-efficacy affected the subject well-being. Methods: Data of 1896 college students were collected by questionnaire and the logic relationship among personality, self-efficacy and subject well-being were explored by regression analysis method. Results: Psychoticism, Neuroticism and extraversion of personality not only had direct affection on subject well-being (effect coefficient, -0. 103、-0. 355 and 0. 199), but also had indirect affection on it through self-efficacy(effect coefficient, -0. 074, -0. 327 and 0. 124). Conclusion: Personality is the important factor which plays a direct or indirect role in subject well-being. Self-efficacy is the intermediate link between personality and subject well-being. |
