鱼类生殖发育调控研究进展

文摘 动物生殖发育机制一直是生命科学的重要研究课题之一.鱼类的生殖发育及其调控机制研究不仅具有重要的理论意义,而且在指导鱼类品种改良上具有广泛的应用前景.本文评述了鱼类性别决定和分化、生殖细胞和性腺发育以及生殖发育调控策略等方面的研究进展.由于鱼类在动物演化中承上启下的地位、丰富的物种多样性和几乎具有所有脊椎动物生殖策略等特点,以鱼类为模型可望取得动物生殖调控机制研究的重要突破,并由此建立鱼类生殖开关和性别控制开关等生殖操作新技术,为鱼类养殖品种培育技术打开一扇新的大门.
