回忆治疗对老年抑郁影响的研究进展

抑郁症是影响老年心理健康的主要精神疾病之一,严重损害老年人的躯体和心理健康,使老年人日常生活质量下降,增加了对于健康服务设施的使用和开销,给家庭和社会带来巨大负担。因此,使用恰当的方法对老年抑郁进行治疗十分重要。目前对老年抑郁的治疗存在药物治疗和心理治疗两种。近年对于老年抑郁的心理治疗日益受到关注，其中回忆治疗以其对个体经验独特性的关注而逐步发展起来。 |
