异形胞分化相关基因在点形念珠藻厚壁孢子中的转录表达
TRANSCRIPTION OF HETEROCYST DIFFERENTIATION-RELATED GENES IN AKINETES IN NOSTOC PUNCTIFORME

文摘 点形念珠藻(Nostoc punctiforme)ATCC29133是一种丝状固氮蓝藻,能分化产生异形胞、厚壁孢子、藻殖段等细胞类型。异形胞是一种提供微氧条件以进行固氮作用的特化细胞,厚壁孢子是在逆境下产生的能耐受干旱、冰冻等恶劣环境的细胞[1]。与异形胞相似,厚壁孢子的外被也具有多糖和糖脂成分[2,3]。厚壁孢子在某些蓝藻藻丝中的位置受异形胞的影响,如在鱼腥藻(Anabaena sp.) strain CA中,当没有异形胞出现时厚壁孢子在藻丝的任何地方随机出现,而当有异形胞出现时厚壁孢子通常在两个异形胞之间的位置出现[4]。部分与异形胞分化相关的基因已被证实在厚壁孢子的形成过程中也发挥了重要的作用[5,6]。两种分化细胞都暂时或永久地停止细胞分裂.根据这些生理、结构及遗传学上的相关性,厚壁孢子被认为可能在进化上是异形胞的祖先[7]。与异形胞不一样的是厚壁孢子处于暂时的休眠状态,在合适的条件下能重新萌发产生新的藻丝[8,9]。
