干扰素(Interferon, IFN)λ包括IFNλ-1、-2 和-3, 分别又称为白细胞介素(Interleukin, IL)-29、IL-28A 和IL-28B, 在基因结构上与IL-10相似, 含有多个外显子, IFN-λ1基因包含5个外显子和 4个内含子, IFN-λ2 和 IFN-λ3 则有6个外显子和5个内含子, 它们作为一类新型干扰素统归为III型干扰素 。哺乳类IFN-λ在功能上与I型IFN更为接近, 具有抗病毒 、抗肿瘤 、抗细胞增殖及免疫调节功能 。 |
