基于控制断面水质达标的水环境容量计算方法研究----以殷村港为例
A Water Environment Capacity Calculation Method Based on Water Quality Standards at the Control Sections: A Case Study of the Yincun Port

文摘 综合考虑水文、水体污染的来源等因素, 对影响殷村港入太湖断面水质的污染源区域进行了控制单元划分. 建立研究区域水量水质数学模型, 并根据设计水文条件和边界水质, 建立控制断面水质与其上游概化排污口污染源的响应关系, 通过响应关系计算得出断面水质达标时各概化排污口的允许排污量, 进而得出该控制单元的水环境容量. 根据研究区域水系的水文特征, 将环境容量进行了逐月分配. 结果表明: 为保证殷村港控制断面水质达标, 控制单元内COD环境容量为1968t/a, 氨氮环境容量为117t/a, 总磷环境容量为23t/a. 水环境容量在丰水期时较大, 枯水期时较小
其他语种文摘 The Taihu Lake basin is one of the key basins where the Chinese government has been making great efforts in water pollution prevention and control.Since"The Tenth Five-Year Plan"a series of measures,such as industrial restructuring,pollution control,reaching emission standards, as well as strengthening environmental supervision and management,have been taken across the Taihu Lake basin,the overall effect of the improvement of the water quality of Taihu Lake seems to be insignificant.Pollutants carried by rivers into the lake account for a large proportion of the pollution occurring in Taihu Lake.Water environmental capacity is referred to the largest load of pollutants water body is able to accommodate given a specific environmental goal.The magnitude of the water environmental capacity is closely related to the characteristics of water bodies,water quality objectives,as well as the characteristics of pollutants,often expressed as the total amount of pollutants water can accommodate per unit time.In the present study,the authors comprehensively accounted for hydrologic factors,ecological factors,the source of water pollution,as well as other factors,and subsequently took the region affecting the water quality of the Yincun port section as the control unit.By weight analysis of influencing factors affecting water quality,contributions of different pollutants within the control unit to the pollution load of the section generally ranged from 67.8%~70.6%.Based on a large-scale model suitable for the Taihu Lake basin,the water quantity and water quality model can be established.In terms of designed hydrologic conditions and boundary water quality,a response function between the control section and the generalized drain outlet of the upper reaches can also be built.Since the corresponding relationships were built,the allowable discharge capacity of each generalized drain outlet when control section reaching water quality standards can be calculated.Furthermore,the water environment capacity of the control unit can also be calculated.According to the hydrologic characteristics of the regional water system,the water environment capacity is allocated at a monthly scale.Results show that to ensure the water quality in terms of the water standard of the Yincun port,the water environment capacity of COD within the control unit was estimated to be 1968 tons per year,the water environment capacity of NH3-N within the control unit is 117 tons per year,and the water environment capacity of TP within the control unit is 23 tons per year.The monthly water environmental capacity of each type of pollutants appears to be larger in wet season and less in dry season
