The study of integrated evaluation on security risks of energy and water resources is a hot subject in the international integrated risk governance researches. This study not only concerns about the achievement of sustainable development and the building of a harmonious society, but also the establishment of the scientific and technological innovation system in China. This paper introduces the objective and contents of the study on integrated evaluation of energy and water resources'security risks, build a conceptual framework of risk evaluation, and analyzes main technical difficulties and problems in such studies. The purpose of this paper is to provide the basis for further studies on the integrated governance of energy and water resources security in China |
