东海生物能量流动ECOPATH模型建立中的数据敏感性分析
Data Sensitivity Analysis in the Establishment of the ECOPATH Biological Energy Flow Model for the East China Sea

文摘 ECOPATH模型是根据各生物功能组的能量输入与输出平衡, 从而对生物资源能量流动进行静态评价 . 本文根据国际水生资源管理中心网站的东海区生物资源数据和历史文献资料数据, 在建立包含32个功能组的东海区ECOPATH模型的过程中, 从输入数据变化率(-50%~+50%)和估算数据变化率关系、输入数据生物量的变化率与估算数据生物量的变化率的关系以及输入数据生物量的变化率与估算数据生态转移效率的变化率关系三个方面, 分析了东海区ECOPATH模型中数据的敏感性. 发现输入数据变化率和估算数据变化率成e指数关系,在负值区间, 数据的敏感性比正值区间的要大; 不同功能组的输入数据生物量的变化率和估算数据生物量的变化率成线性正相关关系,斜率越大, 敏感性越强; 同功能组的输入数据生物量的变化率与估算数据生态转移效率的变化率成e指数关系,估算参数生态转移效率的变化率值的范围在-0.499~1.000之间; 不同功能组的输入数据生物量的变化率与估算数据生态转移效率的变化率之间成线性正相关关系,斜率越大, 敏感性越强. 研究成果为东海区 ECOPATH模型的建立, 数据的选择和调整提供了科学依据
其他语种文摘 The Ecopah is a static mass balanced trophic model, which was designed to assess the inflows and outflows of biological resource energy in an ecosystem. An Ecopath model requires four basic inputs:biomass(B), the ratio of production to biomass(P/B), the ratio of consumption to biomass(Q/B)and ecotrophic efficiency(EE).The four inputs were changed from-50%to+50% to examine the effects of the changes on the estimates from the Ecopath model. It was found that the sensitivity of missing parameters for other groups to changes in inputs depends largely on the trophic linkages among groups. The inputs of the Ecopath model from a variety of data sources were used as initial trials but were later tuned to a balanced model, with the objective to make the estimated inflows and outflows equal in every functional group. In the establishment of 32 functional groups involved in the Ecopath model for the East China Sea(ECS),in the present study, the authors analyzed data sensitivity from the following aspects, relative changes in input data and estimated changes in data, relative and estimated changes in biomass as well as the ecotrophic efficiency. The data sources were primarily from biological resources assessment data published and International Center for Living Aquatic Resources Management(ICLARM)web data in the ECS.It was found that the relative changes in input data and the estimated changes in input data basically show an exponential relationship. The sensitivity of the data on the negative range is higher than that on the positive range. The relationship between the relative changes in biomass and the estimated changes in biomass in different functional groups was found to exhibit a positive linear correlation, with a larger slope indicating a higher sensitivity. The relative changes in ecotrophic efficiency and the estimated changes in ecotrophic efficiency in the same functional group also show an exponential relationship. The estimated relative changes in ecotrophic efficiency ranged between-0.499 and 1.000.The relationship between the relative changes in biomass and the estimated changes in ecotrophic efficiency in different functional groups show a positive linear correlation. The study would provide meaningful information and reference for selection and adjustment of inputs in using the Ecopath model for the ECS
